Chef Ciara Semack is a lifelong resident of Centre County. Ciara is a Lock Haven University Alumnus. She comes with 10 plus years of cooking experience and is currently owner and sole proprietor of The Blonde Bistro. Before opening her restaurant she owned and operated her own catering business.
Along with her restaurant she also is a columnist for the Centre County Gazette. Her column runs bi-weekly and is called “The Blonde Cucina”. With all of this she brings a variety of skills and cooking styles that can interchangeably be varied.
Ciara firmly believes anyone can be successful in the kitchen it just takes time, a smile, and fun!
